Welcome to ZenVort ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website or use our application (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. The Data We Collect About You

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you and the users who scan your QR codes:

• Identity Data: First name, last name, date of birth, and company name.
• Contact Data: Email address and billing address.
• Document & Profile Data: Information contained within resumes, portfolios, digital menus, and files (PDF, DOCX, TXT, Images) uploaded for ATS scanning, validation, and hosting.
• Financial Data: Transaction history and subscription statuses processed via our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store sensitive credit card numbers on our servers.
• Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices used to access our API or dashboard.
• Scan Analytics Data: When a user scans a ZenVort QR code, we log the scanner's IP address (to determine location), device type, and operating system to provide analytics to the QR code creator.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To register you as a new customer.
• To process and deliver your subscription, add-ons, or one-time services.
• To manage our relationship with you.
• To provide scan analytics, digital menu hosting, and API connection tracking.
• To analyze and validate your uploaded resumes using third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.
• To improve our website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships, and experiences.

4. Data Security & Third Parties

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We use trusted third-party services for core operations, including Supabase (secure authentication and database management), Razorpay (payment processing), and Google Generative AI (for ATS resume analysis). Documents uploaded for ATS scanning are processed securely and are strictly utilized to generate your validation results. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
