Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Acknowledgment
ZenVort operates as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the immediate nature of our dynamic QR code generation, hosting, and tracking features, all services are considered consumed the moment they are generated or a billing cycle begins.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your ZenVort premium subscription (Smart, Pro, or Enterprise) at any time.
- Cancellations can be made directly through your Dashboard settings or by contacting our support team.
- When you cancel a subscription, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Upon the expiration of the cycle, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier, and premium features (like custom logos and bulk generation) will be locked. Any dynamic links exceeding the free tier limits may be paused.
3. Refund Policy
Because ZenVort provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and hosting, we do not issue refunds once a purchase is made and the subscription is active.
- Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. If you cancel halfway through a month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days.
- Unused Service: We do not offer refunds based on a lack of usage. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use the service.
4. Exceptions
We want to be fair. Refunds will only be considered under the following strictly limited circumstances:
- Major Technical Failures: If a proven, major technical bug on our end prevents you from generating or routing QR codes for an extended period, and our support team cannot resolve it.
- Accidental Double Billing: If our payment gateway incorrectly charges your card twice for the same billing cycle.
Exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing anomaly.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once an exception request is evaluated and formally approved by our billing team, the refund process is initiated.
Approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card network provider, the amount typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account balance.
