Terms of Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ZenVort, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

ZenVort provides a platform for generating, managing, and tracking dynamic QR codes, as well as an API for programmatic QR generation.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Link to malicious content, malware, phishing sites, or any illegal material.
• Generate bulk QR codes for the purpose of spam or harassment.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

ZenVort reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and disable QR codes that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. API Usage

Users granted API access are responsible for keeping their Secret API Keys secure. You agree not to share your API keys in public repositories. ZenVort reserves the right to rate-limit or revoke API access if excessive or abusive usage is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

When you upload a logo to customize a QR code, you retain all rights to your image. You grant ZenVort a license to store and process the image solely for the purpose of generating your QR code. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use any logos or images you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZenVort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
